East Midlands Aeropark

Elmcroft completed a new set of foundations at east midlands aeropark to allow two modular buildings to be installed. We also created 3 air conditioning bases for new units and access paths around the site. A slab-on-edge detail was installed around the building and correct foundation ventilation was used to maximise the buildings lifespan.
